One day someone will invent a sarcasm button that leaves the recipient in no doubt as to the tone of your tweet.
Twitter customer service is good in theory, but I’ve rarely actually had my problems solved by it. Placated, perhaps, but not solved.
Orange, on the other hand, will send you a replacement phone at the drop of a hat, but a new phone is no flipping good when the problem is that their signal is shite.
